I originally went in for a vehicle service and asked about possibly scheduling and appointment for maintenance, but I was then told that I was able to have that done as well, same day. The customer service was horrible! I was assigned 4 Customer Reps (Johnny, Madi, Kayla and Jeff), before Kolton. My calls weren’t returned and I had to go in to check the status of my I was assigned 4 Customer Reps (Johnny, Madi, Kayla and Jeff), before Kolton. My calls weren’t returned and I had to go in to check the status of my vehicle several times. My vehicle sat for over a month before someone informed me it was ready. The battery was dead when I picked it up, the work was not completed and my remote start did not work afterwards (which it worked before). A part was ordered to fix my vehicle, but it was the wrong one, so my vehicle sat at Corwin for almost 2 months. Finally got my vehicle back and the remote start still doesn’t work, but the other issue was resolved. Corwin has had my vehicle in their possession more in the last 9 months than I have. The experience was awful. I just want it fixed! More
