On Friday December 8th I purchased my second vehicle from your dealership and my fiancé had now purchased four. Upon leaving the dealership they then informed me there was only one key and they couldn’t get your dealership and my fiancé had now purchased four. Upon leaving the dealership they then informed me there was only one key and they couldn’t get me another one. Not only did I trade my vehicle in but we made a sizable down payment on the Mercedes I purchased. It would have been nice to have this information before the sale. When we took the car home, the computer kept telling us to service the vehicle. We were told that Dublin had done the service maintenance on the car. We had to go back to the dealership and ask for the service report and have the current sticker placed on the car. When I asked why they couldn’t get us another key, we were told because they had discounted the car so much that they couldn’t pay for another key. I refuse to believe that they would choose to lose two returning customers over the price of a key. Mr Britt would you expect a member of your family to buy a new Mercedes or any car off your lot without a second key.
