Dealership was good. Sales person was good and efficient. Sales Msnager, Robert Newton was excellent. When a snag arose he took care of it and made things happen. I had to wait 6 hours at the dealership because Mt truck was not ready to be picked up. During that time Rob checked on us and kept us informed on the status of the truck. More

They were good, but seemed in no hurry. I did tell them I didn't have a lot of time because I had to get ready for work. The individual went through everything in the car. I suggested he show me only what I had a question on. I told him that I didn't need a free 30 days of On-star & he called them anyway. I ended up being one minute late for work, which isn't a big deal, but he should have listened to me. Do I make him late for work? (I mean this figuratively). It seems like the evening we first looked at the cars we waited around while she got the managers permission for whatever and nobody seemed to know where the cars were or didn't pass it on. She should have gone right to it. This appears to be a lack of communications. We didn't have anywhere to go that time, but were tired and wanted to go home. We also didn't need a grand tour of the place. It was interesting, but not necessary. I feel the experience could have been moved along quicker. Otherwise it was an excellent experience. So far I'm very pleased with our vehicle. Thanks much! More

I would not go back to purchase a vehicle in the future. To rushed to pull credit before you can even know if you can do anything in the first place. My car appraisal should have come first so you know if what there offer for your vehicle is acceptable. Then they wouldn't have had to do anything else. Now I will have a hard inquiry on my report for nothing which makes your score go down even more. More
