They were able to come to my house pick up my car for an oil change and returned it. They went above and beyond when returning the car as the even backed it into my driveway. I took my car in for a scheduled appointment (7:30). I was told I would receive an update around 10:00AM which never came, when I called for an update I was left on hold for 42 minutes, when I did get som was told I would receive an update around 10:00AM which never came, when I called for an update I was left on hold for 42 minutes, when I did get someone I was told that my car was not assigned to a mechanic, that was 12:00PM. I returned to to the dealership at 2:00PM and my car still was. Was not assigned . Horrible customer we. Service. I took my car to Manhattan Jeep and had the problem resolved. As soon as I got there for my scheduled appointment my car was received promptly. More

Only dealt with the personnel in the service dept. and they displayed knowledge and professionalism. Was not able to get one small issue resolved to my liking but it wasn't their fault so my experience wa they displayed knowledge and professionalism. Eastchester Chrysler Service Dept. took care of my vehicle after a check engine light that came and went. They diagnosed the vehicle and although the cause was not found the recommendation given was s vehicle after a check engine light that came and went. They diagnosed the vehicle and although the cause was not found the recommendation given was smart enough not to appreciate. They performed the service as quickly as possible and i feel the cost of service was competitive. More

My service advisor was a compete doll. She did the most she could and kept me up breast the same. My car was in the shop for 2 months which understandably had me very very much discontent. I will not comment on my experience with the dealership because I believe better service could’ve been offered. As for my agent, Maggie, she did the best job she possibly could.
