My car was at this dealership from 7/11 to 8/29. The communication with my service advisor Maggie Matir was non existent. I was promised my car on a certain date, not only did I not receive a call from communication with my service advisor Maggie Matir was non existent. I was promised my car on a certain date, not only did I not receive a call from my service advisor, I called her, she told me she would call back with an update. I received no call. The manager Rob Aristy has no clue what's going on with individual client cases. The point of good customer service is keeping the client advised of the situation good or bad. What I received was no communication. I left voice mails that didn't get returned. After nearly two months with no car you would expect the car to perfect upon delivery. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car there was no license plate on the rear of the car. No problem the license plate was in the trunk. Upon further inspection of my car I notice the front grill was missing the plastic guard the that goes around the sensor. Where is the quality control? If I could give this dealership a half a star I would. I have owned 5 different Chrysler products and if I had this experience initially I wouldn't be a Chysler supporter. They ordered the missing part which was installed a couple of days later. Currently one of the sensors that wasn't experiencing problems before is experiencing problems now. Trust me I won't be taking it to Eastchester Chrysler. More

I received an oil change. Service is always great, doesn’t take long and price is reasonable. Great location and great staff. Loved being welcomed at the parking lot by the attendant too!
