My visit was less than satisfactory. I came in for oil change and mentioned that I had a slow leak in my front passenger tire. The service rep immediately told me that the tire machine wasn’t working, but change and mentioned that I had a slow leak in my front passenger tire. The service rep immediately told me that the tire machine wasn’t working, but they would take a look. When I was called back for my car, the service rep explained that my tire had a nail in it which only cost $7. At that point I mentioned that I had tire insurance. The service rep than told me that she would need to redo paperwork and it would take a while. I told her to forget it because I was on a hurry. Now I purposely didn’t mention I had tire insurance earlier because I find that at many dealerships when you ask for extra they tell you that the guy who does that is out sick or the machine doesn’t work. I also believed that when my profile came up, it would show I had the insurance. I am not stressing the $7, but I believe you should be because it is turning what would have been a good review into a bad one. It’s 2020, not 1980. I’m going to let you know that “the guy is out sick,” the machine doesn’t work”and “let me go talk to my manager” do not work anymore. Haven’t for a while now. Let’s put in a little more effort and do better! By the way, you are only company I pay a bill to that didn’t offer some type of debt relief. And hey! How about an oil change coupon every once in a while???!! One without the fine print bs. We’re on to that too. The girl that helped me is not listed below, and more importantly, I do not blame her.
