Poor customer service We’ve purchased 3 vehicles from Jeep. I’ve never been so disappointed, displeased with the customer service balancing me from one end unto another en We’ve purchased 3 vehicles from Jeep. I’ve never been so disappointed, displeased with the customer service balancing me from one end unto another end, just to return a lease vehicle. I’ve never expected or experienced such rudeness. I’ll never deal with Jeep again, or recommend Jeep to anyone else. I’m very disappointed, because we deal with people everyday, and we can’t treat people the way that we were treated. More

They lost my key tag and brought the wrong car out to me multiple times. Not everyone was wearing masks. I was told the diagnostic service was going to take about 2 hours. After 5 hours of waiting, noone ca multiple times. Not everyone was wearing masks. I was told the diagnostic service was going to take about 2 hours. After 5 hours of waiting, noone came up to call/text me to at least update me. I would have went to work instead of staying in the waiting area. The service department did not show professionalism and was rude as well. Service team cannot use ‘COVID-19’ as an excuse for bad performance. More

Pleasantly surprised! Upon dropping off my vehicle it was expressed to me that it would probably take 24 to 48 hours to complete all that needed to be done. I received a call a few hours later letting me know that my vehicle would be ready by 5pm. I was also repeatedly text by Maggie to assure me that my car was being attended to. This was a very good experience and as of this moment the issue was resolved. Thank You. More

Smooth and easy service transaction. My first oil change was free and free is always nice. Got to meet with the service advisor who was very friendly and pleasant to work with. The mechanics from the shop came out to chop it up with me during their break and I couldn’t feel anymore comfortable with letting these guys work on my car. They could lay off the gas when spinning it around the block. But I get it. 😉 More
