He is a true gentleman-- in the finest sense of the word--and was always helpful, understanding and respectful. He was even willing to explain things a second or third time if necessary. He was attentive to all of the details of our transaction, and even remembered to air out the vehicle prior to my purchase, as I had requested. Purchased a new Tacoma last year (2020) and had several services done at same location. Erica Carbone from sales was great to work with, allowed me to do several test drives, answered all my questions and services done at same location. Bob Bailargeon, the sale manager, was reasonable and a nice guy to finalize the sale. I have also had the truck serviced several times at the dealership which has been relatively quick considering I stop when I can without an appointment. I would and have recommend this dealership.
