Malcolm grew up in Richmond, Va. where he received an Associates Degree in Business Management from J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College. While attending Va. Commonwealth University he met Antoinette (Toni) Ferguson whom he married 2 years later.They have been married over 30 years and blessed with a daughter named Monique. They have lived in Memphis, Tn., New Orleans, La. and now for the past 20+ years in Georgia. During that time Malcolm has held various positions that brought him face to face with the buying public, which made his transition into the automotive industry an easy one. Since Malcolm decided over 15 years ago to make auto sales a career, "good old fashion" customer service is as deeply appreciated now as it was back then.

always great service @ this dealership I am a loyal customer to this dealership & always had great service done . Bought 3 cars there & all great service . Service advisor Hollie Higby & t I am a loyal customer to this dealership & always had great service done . Bought 3 cars there & all great service . Service advisor Hollie Higby & the service techs had my repairs completed in half the promised time . Never had a bad experience there . I've purchased 3 new vehicles there & had service done before that on a 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport when they first opened & can see no reason to trade with or have service done @ any other dealership . My experience there was excellent. My reason for going was not so pleasant being that my Jeep had just blown up and I had no plan of getting another car. But Mr. Smith overheard me talking to my parents a was not so pleasant being that my Jeep had just blown up and I had no plan of getting another car. But Mr. Smith overheard me talking to my parents and decided to help me out. He was very patient and understanding. He reassured me that you all could solve my problems. And he went above and beyond to insure that we were comfortable. He also showed great salesmanship by taking us on a test drive. My husband, parents and I were extremely pleased. He explained all the details of the car operation and any questions or concerns that we had he was able to answer professionally and with full knowledge. He was just an awesome salesman.
