The only downside is that the staff who was incharged of sending $200 worth of virtual visa reward card, claimed that she Very helpful and patient. I have been checking my spam, trash and inbox folder over and over for 5 days but have not seen email from her. I learned that the visa card was already redeemed 5 days ago by her. I called to clarify the matter but I was not able to reach her, so I called the Director. Thankfully the Director assisted me to get it straightened and the concerned staff eventually called and sent the reward visa to me successfully. Overall, the experience was great. More

(I should note that I had not intended to purchase a new car even though my husband and I had discussed the possibility. We had to bring the title and extra key fob for our trade-in the next day.
