I brought my Outback in for a warranty repair and was given a loaner. Dustin told me it would be around 2 weeks because of ordering the part. I got my car back much earlier than promised. Malcom met us and was the "perfect" salesman. He explained the difference in the cars we were looking at and was very familiar with the options and features.
