I have now purchased 3 cars from Ross at Luther Brookdale and my roommate has also purchased a car from him and I keep coming back because of his friendliness, willingness to listen to what I'm looking for a and my roommate has also purchased a car from him and I keep coming back because of his friendliness, willingness to listen to what I'm looking for and how he 'goes to bat' for me with finance when needed. When I come to see him, I tell him what I'm looking for, what my budget is, what my down payment amount is, and he goes to work to try and make it happen. Mandy was great to work with in finance as we went over everything, and she triple checked to make sure all of the paperwork was accurate. The other reason I keep going back is also the Service department. I like to joke that Ben in the Mitsubishi Service department is my 'best friend'. He always tells me like it is, if he can find me an extra couple dollars off, he does. One time I noticed my headlight went out on my 2019 Outlander, as I was on my way out of town the day before Thanksgiving. The dealership was on my way out of town and i called from the car (at about 4:00 pm) and asked if there was any way they could help me out. They said 'stop on in and we'll get you fixed' - and they did. They had the light bulb already waiting and I was in and out in 15 - 20 minutes. Since Covid, they've also adding a video of the technician's check of everything and if they have any recommendations, they actually show you why in the video. As a female, I like the no-pressure approach and also being explained issues so that I can understand what it is and the impact if it is or isn't fixed. This is what I get from Ben and the team. More
