I am extremely disappointed in all aspects of this dealership. I brought in my Nissan Frontier for an electrical problem on a Wednesday I rented a vehicle while my truck was being serviced I also had dealership. The truck was with Nissan for almost a week. The service tech explained to me that the Nissan batteries were faulty in some vehicles and that the alternator was fine. Why didn’t he figure that out the first day. He stated that they tested the alternator the first day and it showed it was functioning properly The manger Garcia and his service coordinator shined me on about all aspects of my visit. Once they received my 2000 for the extra work I never heard from them about the car rental money or the rim covers I then decided to trade in the truck for a suv I went and talked to a junior salesman Well the sales department is as bad as the service department. I went across to Reliable Chevrolet and I am now driving a new Chevy Blazer and all aspects of the purchase were seamless and they are fulfilling our verbal agreements with out hesitation I will be putting this review on my social media and google and advising all my law enforcement Brothers and Sisters to not do business with reliable Nissan More

I'm 72 years old I have been driving Toyota pickups for over 50 years, for almost 2 years I have been trying to buy a black two-wheel drive four-door 6 ft bed Toyota Tacoma with no luck. I walked into reliable Nissan I ran into a general sales manager named AJ told him what I was looking for within 15 minutes he found my perfect truck we shook hands a week later I was signing the papers for my new truck. When the truck came in I sat down with a salesman named Abdul he couldn't have been any more professional making this deal. I told AJ at the beginning I'm a no-nonsense guy give me the straight deal Abdul and I went back and forth maybe a few times we agreed on the price I signed the papers paid for the truck and left the dealership. This is the first time I can remember all the way from the people the sales manager the salesperson and the dealership and the truck was I totally 100% satisfied. Before I left the dealership I asked Abdul to introduce me to the service manager I believe his name is Manny I asked him a couple questions he offered his business card very professional I left there that day for the first time that I can remember 100% satisfied with the people the dealership and the product. My neighbors have complimented me on my new truck and said I never thought you would ever leave Toyota but I did I have no regrets I love my new truck I would definitely recommend reliable Nissan to anyone that asked me about my experience. More

Poor communication. I was not listened to when problems could have been avoided. Disappointed in the way the situation turned out. I have brought my vehicle in so many times in the past year & it wasn’t resolved till some parts stopped working. I feel these things could have been avoided. I didn’t appreciate being treated like I didn’t know that my car was having issues. I was told plenty of times it was normal for the way the car was running. When I picked up my vehicle i didn’t get an apology. I still walked out with a huge bill I didn’t think I should have had to pay for their mistake in not doing their jobs.
