I cannot say enough good things about Southern Ford in Newport News. The process purchasing our Explorer was great, they were extremely accommodating. Patrick was amazing finding what we were looking for Newport News. The process purchasing our Explorer was great, they were extremely accommodating. Patrick was amazing finding what we were looking for and working through the purchase process. Fast forward to a service we needed on the Explorer. With the help from Elijah, Manny, and Phillip we were able to stay on the road with a vehicle while service was being completed. Constant updates from these individuals through the whole process. With no real appointment they fit our vehicle in and did a great job getting it back on the road. This dealership is phenomenal and everyone we have dealt with has been amazing. More
