Great service center, sadly this experience was less than ideal compared to my last two. Had an oil change + regular 5000 mile checkup scheduled for 11 AM. Was promptly met and taken care of and was told it ideal compared to my last two. Had an oil change + regular 5000 mile checkup scheduled for 11 AM. Was promptly met and taken care of and was told it would take approx. 1 Hour (the same as my past appointments). 3 hours later and after the gentleman taking care of me took his lunch break I was updated about my car. While checking out, i was informed there would be a charge that is no longer covered under my maintence plan, I feel that this charge should have been disclosed prior to them completing my service so I had to option to deny or accept that service. I'm satisfied with my normal maintenance and have no other complaints. More
