Hello Mark, we completely understand your frustration; however, as Alisa explained to you via text there is a process that we must follow and when and how long Nissan takes to respond to us, is truly out of our control. All we can do is continue to follow up with them, just like you are following up with us. I read through the text thread between you and Alisa and all though we are adults, and you are not directing your cursing words at her, foul language will not be tolerated. I know you are upset about the multiple request the manufacturer is making, but that too is out of our control; believe me when I say we too want your radio replaced and functioning as designed. Alisa advised you to contact Nissan Consumer Affairs to escalate this, but instead we get hit with a negative review. On our end we have and are doing what is asked of us. We truly apologize that you feel this way about the customer service we provided, as we are just doing what is asked of us in order to have your radio fixed. Best of luck to you!
