DISORGANIZED. Had an appointment and arrived 15 minutes DISORGANIZED. Had an appointment and arrived 15 minutes prior to. Was put in line with other repairs. I had to wait over an hour as my assigned se DISORGANIZED. Had an appointment and arrived 15 minutes prior to. Was put in line with other repairs. I had to wait over an hour as my assigned service advisor was occupied with another customer. In the meantime the 9 customers who arrived after me were all taken care of. They should address this workflow error. In addition they called me saying my tires needed to be replaced which was not in the provided video. They mixed me up with another customer. More

Great experience - as always! No dealership is perfect but Pacific BMW has surpassed my expectations since the first day I came in and has come pretty close to perfection. You get video messages from the technician working on your car to explain exactly what is being done and if they find anything unexpected. Very cool feature that adds transparency to a typically opaque process. Wonderful measures have been taken during the pandemic so you don't actually need to go in to get your car serviced. More

my disappointment with what happened because this service sh To whom it may concern: Due to an oil leak from my BMW (purchased Certified Pre-owned with an extended warranty on April 22, 2018 at PACIFIC BMW- 8 To whom it may concern: Due to an oil leak from my BMW (purchased Certified Pre-owned with an extended warranty on April 22, 2018 at PACIFIC BMW- 800 S. Brand Blvd. Glendale, CA 91204), I scheduled it for service at 7: 30 am at Pacific BMW on July 9 2020. I went to the BMW service on time, and after checking the documents in their possession, a receptionist informed me that my warranty had expired in December 2019 and therefore the work that should have been carried out was all my responsibility. Marveled at this information, I argued that my BMW was still under warranty until December 2021 and that what was reported by the BMW technician could not be true. After unnecessary discussions, I realized that one of us was wrong and I decided not to leave my car at BMW. After checking my insurance documents I had at home, I confirmed that my insurance was valid until 31 December 2021 contrary to what was erroneously claimed by BMW technician. I immediately called BMW saying that contrary to what they claimed, I had a valid insurance and sent them a photo of the original insurance document. I was very disappointment because I had brought my car unnecessarily to the workshop running the the risk of catching the COVID-19 as I am 81 years old. After further various contacts with the representatives of the BMW dealership, they gave me a second appointment for the afternoon of the same day. In the afternoon I brought my BMW back to the workshop taking all the precautions to protect my health, and after repeating the waiting period for routine checkin I left my car for the necessary work. On the following day, they informed me about the status of the work required for the repair and I authorized the replacement of the oil drain plug and oil filter, telling me that this replacement was at my expense. After receiving an email to pick up my car, they informed me that I had to pay $ 160.06 out of my pocket. At the time of payment, I asked if this cost of mine could be waived in consideration of the various inconveniences created for me by BMW, and also because I purchased the car at the same dealership as certified pre-owned, so I should not be responsible for the replacement of a non original part (the drain plug) that was already on my car at the time of purchase. However, they politely apologized but declined my request. With this letter I state my disappointment with what happened because this service should have been free of charge. More

I think I'm Getting Ripped Off I've had other BMW sales service departments as part of my previous cars and they took care of us rather well. bi-annual service checks. It actually felt like i was receiving the service that i was paying extra for on a monthly basis. I'd like a partial refund. You guys are staffing less people right now due to covid and you cannot perform the basic functions that were offered upon signing this deal. If you cannot perform at your full capacity then i should not be charged to the full capacity. More

Efficient Friendly I called and made an appt. easily. I wasn't on hold. The appt was for 9:45 with Manny and he was at my car window at exactly 9:45. He kept in touch with me and when I went to pick it up - Manny said Hello and my car came right away and it was clean but it didn't smell funny (I hate car perfume also known as air fresheners). It was my first time here and it was great! I'm also relieved that there is nothing wrong with my car so that might be influencing the tone of this review. More
