Long waits and rude loaner car associate Hi, I have been coming to Pacific for many years and love the top notch technicians like Manny and Remy. The service department is fantastic. However, Hi, I have been coming to Pacific for many years and love the top notch technicians like Manny and Remy. The service department is fantastic. However, I was appalled at the lack of social distancing and general ignorance about Covid-19. My appointment was very "high-touch." The loaner car wasn't wiped down, I still had to sign a bunch of things, and my own car wasn't cleaned off when the work was complete and it was driven down by an employee without gloves or a mask, so I had to wipe it down right there upon receipt. I did wait half an hour for my car to be brought down and the service center was not busy. The loaner car person was incredibly rude. It took at least an hour to get a car. This process should be seamless and streamlined. My DL was expired (may I point out, the DMV is closed. There is nothing I can do) and she was nasty about that. The DMV has extended a courtesy period for expired documents, by the way. I can't believe the way she spoke to us, and how much unprofessional gossiping was happening instead of working on the rental. Because if all of this, I will have to try a different dealership in the future. The lack of cleanliness and distancing in this frightening time mixed with the attitude is unacceptable. More
