This was my first time visiting this dealer for service and it will be my last time giving them any kind of business. I went in for an oil change and was told Manny Cruz would be my service writer. After and it will be my last time giving them any kind of business. I went in for an oil change and was told Manny Cruz would be my service writer. After waiting next to my car on the side curb for 30 minutes a worker came and said sorry but Manny is too busy to assist you so ill get you going which I don’t believe she was an adviser. Anyway took my car and did the oil service and i was never called to be notified that my car was ready to be picked up btw. So I showed up around 5pm and they took another 30 minutes to pull up my can and mean while no acknowledgement from the service advisor Manny Cruz. The I walked into the work space to his desk and he said soory but car will be down soon. Its in the wash. Ok so I waited and before my car came out he approached me and said the tech found Rodent damage to some wires and they can not reset my oil light. manny said that he will get me the estimate emailed the same day which never came to me. This was Wednesday the 19th. Then I went to him on Saturday asking for the email and he said he would get it to me right away and never did. I went back to him on Tuesday asking for the estimate so I can get the repairs completed and today is 1 week since my car was found with rodent damage a d I still dont have an estimate. I asked Manny yesterday for the estimate and told him that its urgent because my insurance needs to see the recommend repairs from BMW service and I dis mention to him that I would leave this review if I dis not get this estimate and he said please dont threaten me with a review. Well this shows that it was not a threat it was only a promise. This is not the service i was expecting from BMW service department. This is not professional. More

Great service! Great service and very friendly staff. Liked the communication via text and e-mail and the video showing service performed on my car. Due to unforeseen circumstances the car was late from the promised date. However due to the exceptional service and communication from the service department we were able to get the loaner returned and my ca promised date. However due to the exceptional service and communication from the service department we were able to get the loaner returned and my car fixed under CPO warranty. More

Happy Customer Service department at Pacific BMW has outstanding employees who are courteous, knowledgeable, and dependable. I have had the pleasure of entrusting m Service department at Pacific BMW has outstanding employees who are courteous, knowledgeable, and dependable. I have had the pleasure of entrusting my car to Manny, Jason, and Remy who have all been excellent! When my car had some unknown noise issue Jason figured out what it was and fixed it. Manny and Remy provide excellent customer service and are very easy going. They actually listen to the customer and make you feel like you are important. I recommend the service dept. at Pacific BMW to all my friends and family and even strangers. I would not even dream of servicing my car at any other location. The fact that I can rely on Manny and Remy without any doubts that my car is in the best hands is worth everything! More
