After arriving with an appointment, and having the number placed on my car, I waited 20 minutes in the car. At that point I asked a service attendant walking by for help. He contacted Manuel and told me he placed on my car, I waited 20 minutes in the car. At that point I asked a service attendant walking by for help. However, at the end of the visit he told me my car would be right down and it was another 20 minute wait. More
