I had a really bad experience right before I found them so it was a huge sigh of relief when I found this car/ dealership Manny (Manuel) especially ! I had a really bad experience right before I found them so it was a huge sigh of relief when I found this car/ dealership with people who genuinely wanted to help me. Manuel sat by us the entire 5 hours it took to get all the paperwork processed and kept us entertained, made sure we weren’t starving, and was so patient with us. My co-signer was across the country but they made sure everything went smooth and overnighted the paperwork for us! Also special shoutout to Brian Dowd the Finance manager who went above and beyond to educate us on the car itself and how to make it last longer and car insurance options. I am honestly so happy I came to this dealership. I got my dream car, my boyfriend and I made a new friend, and met some awesome people along the way. Highly recommend Toyota of Gladstone. Manuel was Awesome! My wife and I came in to check out what the dealership had to offer and Manuel listened carefully to what we wanted/needed and was able to quickly get My wife and I came in to check out what the dealership had to offer and Manuel listened carefully to what we wanted/needed and was able to quickly get us test driving a vehicle. After a couple of minutes, he also asked us to bring around the car seat to make sure that it fits the way we would like it to. That helped us narrow it down to the Tundra we wanted. Finally, his management/finance team were able to provide us a really good trade-in for our car and rebate for the truck. Plus add a military/veteran discount, they put the cost within our range. We finished the day driving home with our new Tundra. Thank you Manuel and Toyota of Gladstone. More
