It took only a few minutes for the car to be accepted for service and the staff was very efficient and welcoming. I was given a very accurate estimate of how long it would take for a NYS inspection, an oil service and the staff was very efficient and welcoming. I was given a very accurate estimate of how long it would take for a NYS inspection, an oil change and a vehicle checkup (2.5 hours.) Wating room was comfortable and clean. The only reason that I did not rate the service 5 stars was the length of time it took for the service given that I had an appointment. There is not much to do on Cropsey Avenue, but fortunately the weather was goo enough for a long walk along the waterfront! More

Anthony is not only a great salesman but also a great person. Anthony is truly one of the main reasons I continue to do business with Bayridge Subaru. I usually have to bring my son with me when I go to the dealership for routine maintenance or when it’s time to renew my lease and he has this replica Subaru car that my son has been playing with since he was a few months old.My son stuffed the car with puffy balls. Anthony has not only kept the replica car for him for when we visit but also left the puffy balls inside. It really is the little things that make our relationship with Anthony and Subaru that will keep us a Subaru family forever More
