Marc was great at handling my service request for a shifter replacement on my Outback. I also did a 42k service and the car is running noticeably better now. Brought my 2018 Crosstrek in for service for a oil change-check-up. Was alerted about recalls and told rear brakes needed service. prices were reasonable. Had coupons Bayridge sent to me. Waiting a change-check-up. Was alerted about recalls and told rear brakes needed service. prices were reasonable. Had coupons Bayridge sent to me. Waiting area is clean but sparse. My only "complaint" was that I had Subaru Class Action Settlement coupons and I had to wait 30 minutes for manager to figure out how to handle - they should have known about this Class Action Settlement - hard to imagine I was/am the first person. No complaint with the work. More

Brought my Forester in to have recent recall bulletin checked. (Rear stabilizer bracket bolt). Didn’t have an appointment but after expressing my concern about driving long distance at highway speeds (pr checked. (Rear stabilizer bracket bolt).
