After my oil change service was completed on Saturday no additional repairs were noted as suggested or needing immediate attention but when I came back on Monday for a repair that could not be done on the w additional repairs were noted as suggested or needing immediate attention but when I came back on Monday for a repair that could not be done on the weekend, the tech found that the brakes needed immediate attention because the lining was too low. Please be careful when getting an oil change service as it is not as thorough as it should be. More

Bay Ridge Subaru is BY FAR the best Subaru dealership I've ever worked with. Normally I don't use the dealer for car maintenance after the initial warranty is over, but BRS is so good and accommodating I've ever worked with. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. The area was clean and comfortable to wait in while they performed maintenance. I'm very happy with the service they provide.
