New parts installation The parts replacement was fine but the car was returned to me damaged (dents and scratches on the driver's side). I was told to bring the car in on Monday July 8th for repairs. Accidents will happen so I understand, however the staff that worked on this car should have informed me as soon as the car was ready for me that an incident happened. Instead the car was returned to me with no indication that it was damaged. More

Thorough professional service My service visit was for 2 recalls. I called made appointment for recalls. When I arrived I was asked if there were any other issues. Sometimes whi My service visit was for 2 recalls. I called made appointment for recalls. When I arrived I was asked if there were any other issues. Sometimes while driving within the cabin would hear a squeak like a spring They made the recall adjustments. They drove the car but my other issue wasn't happening while they drove the car. I was going to be due for 18 mo service visit, I was asked if I wanted to do this now or reschedule. I appreciated that they saved me an additional visit. The best thing that happened was we were told it would take about 4 hours. We we were out with everything being done in about 2 hours. More
