We arrived at 8 pm and deal was done, paid for and all paperwork done and car cleaned up at closing time 9 pm. Was a great experience for us and we have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years. Thanks again to David and his manager and finance guy for a positive experience. The vehicle was for our 17 year old son who was with us for the transaction and saw the huge difference from the first dealership and a negative disappointing experience to such a good positive one at this dealership. More

During the pandemic, our family was growing and it was a challenge for us to know what car was a fit for us. Especially post pandemic where cars are limited. I'm skeptical when it come to Sales guy but Tom challenge for us to know what car was a fit for us. Especially post pandemic where cars are limited. I'm skeptical when it come to Sales guy but Tom has proven that he can be. He treated me more than a transaction and a number on his quota. He was very communicative, helped us focus on our needs more than wants, and most importantly, we never felt pressured. The only problem I found about during our experience with Tom was that everyone else wants the same great experience he delivers so you have all of his time (That might be our personal problem though). If I had to describe Tom in a word, it would be consultant. He always has your best interest in mind and will help you over come challenges. Thanks for an amazing 4 months experience, will definitely stay in touch and buy from Tom again. Also thanks to Subaru Superstore of Chandler for enabling him to do his great work.
