My first experience purchasing a Subaru was amazing! I could not be more satisfied with my experience purchasing a certified used 2017 Subaru Crosstrek a few days ago. I initially went to this dealership I could not be more satisfied with my experience purchasing a certified used 2017 Subaru Crosstrek a few days ago. I initially went to this dealership looking for this exact type of car and unfortunately they didn't have any used ones in stock. I was disappointed but within a couple days, the sales associate we met, Imad Sinno, called to advise me that a really nice 2017 Crosstrek had just come in that was in excellent condition with really low miles. I was so grateful for the call and went to the dealership right away to see the car. It was exactly the way he described it and I knew it was the perfect fit for me and my partner! Needless to say, I bought the vehicle and am SO happy with it! The process of purchasing the car felt really comfortable and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of in any way. Imad was kind, professional and really patient with all of my questions throughout the process. He was really knowledgeable about the car I was buying, he helped me get a really fair price for my trade in, and he truly worked on my behalf to make sure I was really happy with the car-buying experience. I also had a positive experience in finance and appreciated all of the options that were presented to me in a clear way. Despite having a great power-train warranty, I did end up purchasing additional bumper to bumper coverage up to 100K miles. That gave me additional piece of mind and it will very likely pay for itself if anything expected should come up with the car as the years go by. I would highly recommend that anyone interested in buying a Subaru uses this dealership as the customer service was top notch!! More

He talked with us by phone before we came in, so he knew what we were looking for. He was prepared to show us cars that we liked as soon as we arrived. Picking the car was easy. There was no hassle and no pressure. This is the second Subaru John has sold us. We requested him this time, and we will request him again. After we selected our car, a Subaru Cross Trek, John turned us over to Marc Dicino in the financial department. Marc is experienced and efficient. We could not believe how quickly and smoothly the transaction was completed. Faster than we could have imagined the deal was done, and we were driving home in our new Subaru, happy and relaxed. Just bought my second Subaru from The Subaru Superstore. David “Griz” Griffin in Internet sales gave me a great deal on a 2020 CrossTrek. I live in Tucson, dealer here won’t give you as good a deal as Griz. Had the deal all Tee’d up before we drove up and was literally on the road one hour after walking through the door. Car was ready, paperwork was ready, no games. Marc in finance, Michael the Sales Manager and our delivery dude were all polite, attentive and thanked us for our business. Highly recommend this dealer group (we bought our 2019 Ascent at their sister store in Surprise). More
