Satisfied customer! I brought my Jeep into East Hills because I was rear-ended and needed work done. From the start, even before I brought my car in since I was waiting o I brought my Jeep into East Hills because I was rear-ended and needed work done. From the start, even before I brought my car in since I was waiting on the insurance adjustors, Marc was very friendly and I felt comfortable bringing my car in. I would call with questions, and Marc answered each question in a timely manner, even if he had to call someone else to find out. I have also had a positive experience with Kevin every time I’ve brought my car in. Keep up the good work East Hills! More

Continued outstanding service I bring my Jeep East Hills dealership for routine service and if I have an issue I’d like checked out. Each time I go to the dealer, I receive very go I bring my Jeep East Hills dealership for routine service and if I have an issue I’d like checked out. Each time I go to the dealer, I receive very good service. Above and beyond good service, Marc Siegel rises to consistently outstanding customer service. He not only asks about concerns I may have on my Jeep, he also explains what the technicians will look at, and he’ll contact me on status and any questions I may have. Marc is an excellent communicator, keeping in solid contact with me as my service progresses. I hope Marc is recognized by the dealership for his outstanding customer service. He helps costumers to want to return to East Hills, for servicing, and for new car purchase, by his manner, openness and efficient communications. More

A great experiance I had changed my battery for my 200 Dodge Dakota just prior to my annual inspection and discovered that my computer required resetting and I had no id I had changed my battery for my 200 Dodge Dakota just prior to my annual inspection and discovered that my computer required resetting and I had no idea how to implement that. I had heard that I should drive the vehicle around at varying speeds so that it could relearn my driving habits but it proved ineffective. I called Marc Siegel and he advised me that they may be able to reset the computer. I brought the vehicle in and Marc immediately took it into service and had work started. My computer proved obstinate but the technician was able to perform some tricks to make the computer operational. Marc pushed the process and made sure that not only would the computer functioned properly but arranged for inspection as well so that I left with a sticker. He communicated with me throughout the process. More
