From the sales team, Stan Ewing is a terrific salesman, to the service team. Jon and Marc were terrific, and even though I purchased a used vehicle, it feels like a brand new vehicle to me. His knowledge of the Jeep products and the leasing finance system is superb. Curtis Rose expertly guided me through the process to ensure that my understanding was complete. He sold me on the security of having a Grand Cherokee during the winter months and the excellent EHCJDR SRT Service Department. Excellent Service I bought my car from this dealership last year. After visiting several Chrysler dealers this one had the friendliest staff, lowest sale pressure and I bought my car from this dealership last year. After visiting several Chrysler dealers this one had the friendliest staff, lowest sale pressure and best price. Today I went in for a routine oil change and the service adviser, Marc Siegel, noted that I should also get my inspection while I was there. In addition we discuss that the car needed the 12,000 service and a recall/computer update. Marc explained everything to me and finished my car under the estimated time frame while I waiting. It was excellent service and I would be happy to recommend this dealership. PS. There is a Chrysler dealer 3 minutes from my house but I intentionally drive 25 minutes for their service. More

Someone had recommended East Hills to me, it ended up being a much better decision. Excellent 5 Star service department. It's what a service department and all work places that have to deal with the public should be. They made it seem as though It was their pleasure to do the right thing for me, unlike the first place I went which was more like how can we lie to this guy to make a few bucks. The thing is I just bought a Jeep so if I do buy another it will probably be a while but if I do you better believe I am going to East Hills, because you don't just buy the vehicle you also buy the service department, sort of like getting married - you marry the whole family. Thank you East Hills that was a nice weight to get off my shoulders. I should've looked at service ratings before my purchase. More
