I purchased my vehicle here 5 years ago almost to the date of this review. A brand new 2012 Dodge Charger SXT Plus Blacktop Edition. I've consistently visited the dealer an average of 5 to 10 times a year simply because I am a huge believer in keeping my vehicle in tip top shape and who better than the dealer that sold me the car. Oil Changes, routine maintenance procedures, inspections, dropping by to just say hi, are all things I do. It's not only the location, it's the spirit of the staff at this location. From day one they have treated me like family. They cut straight to the heart of any questions or issues I might have (largely have had no issues whatsoever with my vehicle, mostly preventive care). They are second to none. I have to highlight some of the staff here, especially the folks at the service center and desk at the service center. My main contacts are Marc Siegel and Charles Mirabile, They are absolutely all heart and have excellent customer service spirit. I've never had a question they could not answer or didn't find the answer to. Rafael Campos is also an excellent employee who greets me every time I get here, will answer my questions, even if he isn't involved in the "service" aspect of the vehicle. All in all, everytime I come here for service, my vehicle always feels as if i'm driving it off the lot for the first time. For a first time purchase, a new purchase or service, this dealer is the one to go to. More
