I was met at the door by Marc. Initially, I thought he was a little direct with the questions but I realized he was getting to the point and saving us time. After expressing I was not sure, he said humor me. He placed me in a Touring Hybrid Forester. It checked all my boxes, I was wowed with the overall experience. He seemed to take more time explaining the features and even followed up a week later to check everything was good. lf you get met by Marc know you are getting taken care by one of the best. More

Metrowest Subaru sold me a used 2020 Forester and the dealership, the service department and our sales person, Marc Soloway were all terrific. Marc was great in helping me test drive find the right car dealership, the service department and our sales person, Marc Soloway were all terrific. Marc was great in helping me test drive find the right car within my budget and did. A great job in helping me learn all the button s and features of the car. A few days after I owned the car it did not start and the dealership and service department was terrific. They came to me, got the car, fixed it ( needed a new battery) and returned it to me at no cost to me. In addition Marc, and the service and sales departments worked together to get me a second FOB ( modern key) at a reduced cost since my I used car only had one FOB. I am thrilled with Metrowest Subaru for their honesty, professionalism and service and recommend then highly with no reservations. More
