Service Advisor-Okay Dealership- Has gone done👎🏽 in Service. Recently had oil change done wait time was over 2 hours (which I was advised) beforehand. During this time in the waiting area. The guys in Service. Recently had oil change done wait time was over 2 hours (which I was advised) beforehand. During this time in the waiting area. The guys in the back office were cussing and locker room talking as if they were at home and not at work. I WAS VERY OFFENDED!! If that wasn’t bad enough…. when I received my car the driver side floor mat was muddy! Service Department DIDN'T Bother to put paper on my floor mat how DISRESPECTFUL! I just got my car washed that morning, it was spotty and looked like someone wiped it down with a dirty rag IT was horrible! I called the Manager Jesus and he was ZERO help! He tried to smooth things over but I could tell that he couldn’t care less He just HAD to take my call. And, to top it off I would travel from West LA area to Torrance for the service, passing by at least 2-3 dealerships because I ONCE VALUED NISSAN OF TORRANCE!! But NOT ANY LONGER!! More

This time there was a severe lack of communication. I was told on Thursday my truck would be done Friday or Saturday (water pump replacement). Monday comes I call 4 times to get an update. Technician w I was told on Thursday my truck would be done Friday or Saturday (water pump replacement). Monday comes I call 4 times to get an update. Technician was just trying to get the pump out without removing the timing cover. But was told it should be done by the end of the day. I call back aroud 5pm and my advisor is gone for the day no update. Truck not ready. Truck ended up being done Tuesday afternoon. More
