The service writer tried passing my appointment off to another service writer who basically said heck no! but immediately did a write for a sales persons daughter that didn't have an appointment. They took almost 2 hours for a simple oil/filter change when I had an appointment scheduled. They don't put ant carpet/seat protectors in before maintenance anymore, there is no longer a quick wash and or vacuum of the car anymore and they try to up sell you at every opportunity. More
