Service was top notch. I was called to let me know that the part was in and made the appointment. Dropped off the Honda, and two hours later, the car was ready. Marcellus was very polite and got me in and out quickly. I respect that he asked me about other services my car might need, but did not give me a guilty trip for services I declined. Very much disappointed: I am a regular customer at this dealership and have never encountered any issues in the past other than one time. However, this time, I believe the service representative mishandled dealership and have never encountered any issues in the past other than one time. However, this time, I believe the service representative mishandled the situation. Prior to my service appointment, I had already discussed my issue with another service personnel, who then consulted the parts department and provided me with a quote. To my surprise, when I arrived for my appointment, the service representative assigned to me refused to accept the previously provided quote. Despite receiving it from another dealership employee earlier that day, the service rep argued and treated me poorly. Moreover, throughout the service process, communication was solely via text message, even though I was physically present at the dealership. I had to seek out the service rep for updates, as they did not approach me. More
