This is the second time I’ve bought a car from Marcin and probably not my last. He’s amazing to work with. Marcin always takes care of us and is quick to respond and provides honest answers. Marcin was helpful but before I left your lot I noticed scratches on my brand new car . Marcin confirmed I can get a free buff on my car following weekend , he would call me next day . That call never came , I called got his VM , once again he did not return my call. Diego checked in with me , I explained what Marcin promised . He said he would remind him and service dept to call me . That was one week ago,. No call back yet from anyone . I would like my new car buffed due to scratches on it before I left the lot. Marcin and Capistrano Mazda do it again! They make it so easy to buy a car. Everything was done through text and email before I arrived. When I got there, I was in and out. Completed the contract, got ex easy to buy a car. Everything was done through text and email before I arrived. When I got there, I was in and out. Completed the contract, got excellent financing and an amazing extended warranty. When we were done, Marcin took the time to show me all the features of the car and help me set up the Mazda app. I am beyond happy with my experience. I highly recommend Marcin and his team. Thanks! I could not be happier with the service I receive at Capistrano Mazda. It’s very simple to schedule/change an appointment by phone. The service center is often very busy, but it never feels chaotic—ever Capistrano Mazda. It’s very simple to schedule/change an appointment by phone. The service center is often very busy, but it never feels chaotic—everything is VERY well-organized. From the moment you pull in, you are greeted, and they show you exactly where to put your car. You’re then escorted to a service rep for check-in who goes over the reason for your visit and they listen carefully to all of your concerns. I find all the reps here to be personable, professional, and thorough. The waiting area is newly remodeled, comfortable, and socially distanced. There’s a strong WIFI connection and a standing “plug-in” bar with a couple of stations, so you can get work done while you wait. The reps maintain communication with you, sharing the results of any diagnostics and the service team’s recommendations for action. On my last visit, they even sent a short video to my phone showing my car in the bay. (Tbh, I wasn’t really sure what to do with that, but I’m sure some drivers would appreciate that...) When the work is done, a rep will go over in detail all service that was performed on the car (and what wasn’t) and show you where it is itemized on the bill. They provide you with a very detailed paper record and suggest a date/mileage reading for your next service visit. The only thing I really can’t speak to is the pricing, because this is my only car and I only have it serviced here, so I don’t have anything to compare it to. You can be confident that you’re getting quality here though. Highly recommend. More
