I flew in from Indiana to purchase the Miata. My initial contact regarding the purchase of the car was not what I would call professional. The manager that was working with me didn’t demonstrate a passion t contact regarding the purchase of the car was not what I would call professional. The manager that was working with me didn’t demonstrate a passion to to take care of his customer. Fortunately for me, and the dealership, I was assigned to Markell Johnson who followed up with me. He wanted to sell cars. He wanted to see that his customer (me) was taken care of. My appreciation goes out to the manager who approved my offer and made the deal. Markell was outstanding to work with and I enjoyed my time spent working with him. More

Was told I had a three day or 150 mile satisfaction guarantee. Took the car back the next day then was told to come back tomorrow. So I did and then was told they wouldn’t take it back even though I me guarantee. Took the car back the next day then was told to come back tomorrow. So I did and then was told they wouldn’t take it back even though I met the return criteria. I was they would not honor it. It was even part of the contract. That seems like a breach of contract to me. More
