Friendly, honest, and just a pleasant experience I was looking around the lot just before opening and Markell met me on his way in.. He greeted me with a smile and helped me right away. Used car purchase We needed to replace my wife's aging car. We found the vehicle she wanted on Ferman's website. We completed the credit application online, that took about 5 minutes. within 5 minutes of that we received a call that the vehicle we were interested in would be up front waiting for us to test drive. When we arrived Marckell Johnson was waiting for us. They took our current vehicle to be appraised and handed me the keys to the vehicle we were interested in for a test drive. We decided that this was the vehicle for us. When we got back to the dealership, Marckell had the trade in appraisal in his had and we were ready to deal. They gave us more than we expected for our trade. The deal was done. No haggling or back and forth nonsense. Great deal, Excellent customer service and we have the vehicle we wanted. I definitely recommend Ferman Chevrolet and ESPECIALLY Marckell Johnson and AJ our finance guy!! Absolutely wonderful!!This was the best car buying experience we have ever had!!! More
