We completed the credit application online, that took about 5 minutes. within 5 minutes of that we received a call that the vehicle we were interested in would be up front waiting for us to test drive. When we arrived Marckell Johnson was waiting for us. They took our current vehicle to be appraised and handed me the keys to the vehicle we were interested in for a test drive. We decided that this was the vehicle for us. When we got back to the dealership, Marckell had the trade in appraisal in his had and we were ready to deal. They gave us more than we expected for our trade. The deal was done. No haggling or back and forth nonsense. Great deal, Excellent customer service and we have the vehicle we wanted. Above and Beyond, Again! Marckell stuck to his word and fixed every minor detail of my pre-owned Honda Civic. He told me he would shampoo the seats, recalibrate a tire pressur Marckell stuck to his word and fixed every minor detail of my pre-owned Honda Civic. He told me he would shampoo the seats, recalibrate a tire pressure sensor, and fix some dents on the car. He did all of that and also agreed to replace a tire and the break pads.
