Worst experience servicing my car, I waited 1 hour and 30 min in my car just so I can get it serviced instead of it being taken care of, same experience picking up my car, Unorganized I will not return to th min in my car just so I can get it serviced instead of it being taken care of, same experience picking up my car, Unorganized I will not return to this dealership. Have not had such a bad experience at any service center like at pacific bmw. Their property is poorly maintained. My wheel and rim were damaged because they paced a metal tire tread depth device right at t like at pacific bmw. Their property is poorly maintained. My wheel and rim were damaged because they paced a metal tire tread depth device right at the entrance, making it so narrow that cars hit it all the time. There is evidence. Dealer is not willing to admit negligence on their part. Horrible service and support they treat you with utmost disrespect. Management is lacking in customer service skills and does not care about you as a customer. But they are willing to take huge amounts of cash from you. More

The dealer will pick up your car to switch with a loaner car and deliver your car directly after the service is completed. So the customer doesn't need to make a trip to the dealership to drop off the car for service. More

My experience with Pacific BMW was very poor. My brand new X1 lease had a lot of maintenance problems with the screen and Bluetooth. After multiple trips to the service department the problem is still not new X1 lease had a lot of maintenance problems with the screen and Bluetooth. After multiple trips to the service department the problem is still not fixed. Next, with an exception of two people overall the staff was not empathetic to my situation and did not provide a luxury service. Lastly, the light interior stains if you wear blue jeans which the sales team should warn customers about. Mercedes or Audi light interior does not have this problem. I was very much looking forward to leasing a BMW however, after this experience I unfortunately would not recommend to lease with Pacific BMW. More
