Best Experience Ever! Pacific BMW continues to surpass any other dealer that I have had experiences with before. Their sales staff do everything in their power to meet wha Pacific BMW continues to surpass any other dealer that I have had experiences with before. Their sales staff do everything in their power to meet whatever is needed when purchasing a new car. Included with the sales staff are the other very important members of the team including the service department, managers, and team members who insure that you are greeted, welcomed, provided with snacks and water and always willing to provide assistance if needed. The actual building itself is immaculate, up-to-date with technology, pleasant and positive environment and designed to make your onsite visit that much more comfortable to the client. I was encouraged to look at their wide choices of cars in every color you can imagine. I love visiting just to see the new exciting car models and to sit inside them while dreaming of taking them for a spin on the outside highway. I was extremely satisfied with the ease of purchasing my 2020 X3 and appreciated the professional and diligent work to meet my needs. No pain but lots of gain in surpassing the best car I've had. Looking forward to future interactions with my Pacific BMW team. More

Recent Service The service was performed satisfactory and in a reasonable amount of time. I did defer having some recommended service performed so I'm not sure if this may have been the reason. More

Professional Pacific I just went in for an oil change and that is all I paid for. It wasn't that situation where they start recommending other services even though my car I just went in for an oil change and that is all I paid for. It wasn't that situation where they start recommending other services even though my car is a 2011. Due to the situation they even provided me with a loaner car. Great tactic a now my family wants to buy the 2020 version. My service advisor is Marco. More

Professional and hassle free. I love how they send you a video text showing what they found wrong and always have a brand new loaner waiting.
