I took my car in two months ago to have the oil changed which I had prepaid, the tech told me that the brake oil needed to be changed, never told me the price until I was ready to pick up the car, come to which I had prepaid, the tech told me that the brake oil needed to be changed, never told me the price until I was ready to pick up the car, come to find out they did not change the oil, since there was $277.00 in brake oil change, I've been disappointed in Pacific BMW, I even to the service mgr, total waste of my time More

When I received my car my floor matts were wet when I asked why I was told it’s because your car was washed I showed the person my car was not washed, but I had wet floor matts. I took my car in for scheduled maintenance and was told I needed new tires. I bought the tires from the dealer and now my tire sensor will not turn off. Before I left I pointed out the sensor and was told to drive it and it will turn off. 2 days after I went to the dealer the sensor is still on. More
