This dealership is the worst 😫in the world 🌎the service Advisor Sam Nuno has the worst attitude of any employee ever. I towed my Nissan Ultima 2005 to be repaired, bought it from a retired man, and the car Advisor Sam Nuno has the worst attitude of any employee ever. I towed my Nissan Ultima 2005 to be repaired, bought it from a retired man, and the car was weather beaten and needed a lot of work, mainly immediately a battery, oil change, 4 new tires, and the technician said he is going to start working on it Monday, and Sam said he will call me Monday at noon to give me progress report. He never called, I had to call back to check at 3pm Sam put me on hold for 25 minutes and then he told me his technicians couldn't open the car or get inside to work on it. And I answered if you as a professional dealership cannot get to open the car what makes you think I can open it. I said you have the keys, and you have the car, get anyone in your organization to open it and start working on it, and I personally do not appreciate the fact that you didn't call me by noon as promised, that is not a professional behavior. He didn't like what I told him and said you know what come in a take your car we don't want to work on it, and I said last time I checked on the sign it said Raceway Nissan not SAM,S Nissan. I then refused to have this poor treatment service manager to handle my car, so I asked for a supervisor to deal with, and the supervisor they called him mark , but his name tag said Marcos. Anyhow he promised to handle my car, and to call me the next before noon. He never called back, by then I was upset at their poor treatment of a customer and not doing what he said he would do, and he proceeded to tell me that he wants me to tow my car away and he didn't want to service the house car, so Since I was treatment so poorly and un professionally, I pulled the car next door to RACEWAY FORD. AND I ALREADY PAID THEM 999,34$ ALMOST A THOUSAND DOLLARS WORTH OF REPAIRS, THE your service department lost such revenues for their extreme incompetence accusing the customer (me) of being rude for the simple fact that I spoke out of their incompetence, by not calling the customer as they promised. I think Sam numo, and his supervisor Marcos, both failed to service the customer as promised, at least to call back, as they were supposed to, to inform me about the work to be done, and what did to that point. They actually did nothing but lost the company revenues at least the $ 1000 dollars I already paid Raceway Ford fast lane . And the bottom line is they have poor performance and they didn't want me to pin point their poor performance and treatment by accusing me of being rude. I can say with confidence, that I was not rude, but I told them directly I didn't like their very poor customer service by not calling to inform me about the status of conditions of the repairs as they promised they would. And I think they lost your organization much needed revenues, I actually careless what they think of me, but I will always tell them as I am telling you now, that their servicing the customer is terrible and poor to say the least. You do with this information what you wish. But I am not a happy customer and I took my business elsewhere. And is the truth as you asked me for my feedback, for this survey and how I was treated. More

10 years at this place buy 3 car and services, however this one was bad experience ever. Driving for an hour go through there and took more 3 hours to wait for just oil changes. l have to think a new serv this one was bad experience ever. Marcos was so great! His communication and help throughout this whole experience was unbelievably amazing! Words cannot explain how thankful I am that he helped me! He is quick and productive! I take my Nissan cars to Raceway Ford for basic maintenance because the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. My last experience was no different. Ridiculous to be there all day for a 1hr tops inspection Got there at 8... No updates... Went to ask at 10 was "told car was not even looked at" .....waited.... Nothing ... Went to ask again at inspection Got there at 8... No updates... Went to ask at 10 was "told car was not even looked at" .....waited.... Nothing ... Went to ask again at 12.... My rep Sam is no where to be seen... Great!!! ........ There one guy, heavier bald, says to me "idk come back 5 min"..... I wait........ another hour 130 now..... Rep Sam is still no where no calls NOTHING..... 230 go back out refuse to leave heat filled area to wait for rep as Sam is still no where bald guy refuses to get off chair.....FINALLLY AMBROSE comes ( this was also the only aasociiate after callling 5 times day before to set apt that picked up phone to help me schedule).. He finally finds out what is going on Thank god I have an answer.. We know what to fix.... This was known since 10 oclock i was sitting there for nothing..... Ambrose took the time to explain and go over and beyond reaching out to mng for me n making sure my car was first in line..... Now mng Scott i believe.... I work customer service And i get being yelled at Sucks but YOUR team FUpu have to deal with it NO MATTER HOW xxxx BUSY YOU Are.... How dare you not Take the time to come out ur xxxx Office n talk to me (i done with language but really wasn't too say more to you scott) I am grateful you gave me discount but that was horrible experience and for only one associate to make me feel like my business is appreciated especially with how much i come to your service department was horrifying.....that was not leadership Scott nor excellent customer support!!!!!! Sam i am sorry you had family emergency... But your team should never leave customers waiting like i did especially when i am telling you that i plan on dishing out $1500 on my next apt please schedule ..which by the way you didn't i hope this team works off commission... You just lost Scott $2000 on future sale i will only deal with Ambrose at this point Ambrose is the BEST only 1 that cared ( fyi this was the worst wait i ever had with An apt usually oil change is 3hrs for me which I'd still long and seen people do it shorter) I was expecting in n out worst case 4 hrs.... This Ruined my 10yr cancer anniversary being stuck there with no one other than Ambrose n Felipe trying to make it right I hope i get a call About this service Unacceptable More
