I made an appointment for 3:00pm. I arrived early at 1:30pm and was told they could get me in early and was checked in around 1:45. They were informed I was going to wait for the vehicle in the lounge. 1:30pm and was told they could get me in early and was checked in around 1:45. They were informed I was going to wait for the vehicle in the lounge. At 2:30 I asked for an update and was told it wouldn't be much longer. I didn't get my vehicle back until just after 5:00pm. When I asked if this was normal for a simple oil change and tire rotation, I was told it was. I could have had my oil changed and tires rotated in about an hour just about anywhere else I have gone to in the past. I am self employed and I cannot use a service department that is this inefficient. When I arrived home almost an hour later, I found my front passenger tire still had the paint mark I had put on it by mistake a couple of days ago. That means your service department took more than three hours for nothing more than a basic oil change. I will not be returning or recommending this service department. More
