Work was overpriced but I expected that from a dealer, so it wasn’t a deal breaker. However, I received no estimated time for completion or phone call informing me when the work was completed. Also, the part it wasn’t a deal breaker. However, I received no estimated time for completion or phone call informing me when the work was completed. Also, the parts removed to access the repair area were not reassembled correctly. This caused me to have to take more time out of my day to return the vehicle and have it corrected. It was corrected quickly when I returned. More

Waited for the recall service 2hrs (i was totally ok with it) 1° I saw when they parked my car but the customer service rep was just having a interesting conversation with the other rep and didn't notified it) 1° I saw when they parked my car but the customer service rep was just having a interesting conversation with the other rep and didn't notified me that it was ready until more than 30min later that I had to go ask if it was ready. 2° I Didn't received the recall certification only invoice paperwork and found out when got to the DMV window after waiting 2hrs there, so had to go back hours later to Nissan to get certification by this time DMV was going to be close. 3° when I got there the rep was on the phone and he knew because right away he started looking for the certificate to fill it out, but he never looked at me in the eye or apologized the phone call was more important than a unsatisfied customer. I wasted too much time for 1 careless employee very disappointed at your location. Don't remember his name and don't have paperwork with me, look at my account. More

This is the worst dealer that I have gone to for service. I have actually been coming to this dealer for years, but the last few times I have gone has been a nightmare. I keep getting sent to the same adviso I have actually been coming to this dealer for years, but the last few times I have gone has been a nightmare. I keep getting sent to the same advisor who claims to be a supervisor. He is horrible and in my opinion has no skills to be working in customer service. He mistreated me and made me feel horrible. He criticized my vehicle for being too old (it's a 2000 Nissan Frontier), he cured at me, was yelling at me, and made me feel like my service was not needed there and that I can go somewhere else. He was threatening me as well. He told me he was going to get me escorted and that he was going to call corporate to get me banned from that dealership. Very unprofessional! I did nothing to deserve this treatment and never in my life have I been treated this way anywhere in my life. If I could give a 0 I would. The advisor's name was Marcos Estrada. More
