I love my car but I feel extremely taken advantage of. The random added fees on the first draft of our negotiations did not show the same on the actual signing paperwork. The listed price of the vehicle he didnt honor on paper. It somehow went from 44k online to 47k due to these fees he explained as "thats for tint and extras you pay for thats on the car". I negotiated in tint and service for 1 year if I accepted the deal. Then signing there was no tint included and he said id be better going elsewhere and then my 1 year service was knocked down to 2 visits of basic tire rotation and oil change. Which I found out that was already complimentary with a purchase theough KIA. Experience seemed shady and I felt lied to. If I ever came back id want a lawyer with me because the sneaky things added last minute didnt add up. More

Took forever to get into finance with already having the deal done before we came in on a short time frame and having to drive 2 1/2 back and then also added in tire and wheel when we said we didn’t want it deal done before we came in on a short time frame and having to drive 2 1/2 back and then also added in tire and wheel when we said we didn’t want it.
