Took forever to get into finance with already having the deal done before we came in on a short time frame and having to drive 2 1/2 back and then also added in tire and wheel when we said we didn’t want it deal done before we came in on a short time frame and having to drive 2 1/2 back and then also added in tire and wheel when we said we didn’t want it. Said specifically what we wanted and then did it anyway. Not a way to keep customers but I forget these dealerships don’t care about them unless it’s for their own good. Marcos took 2 days of barely responding to finally get the deal done but only started to really show once we said we were passing on the car and would look elsewhere. More

The pricing was fair. The financing options were fair. I would prefer not to have paid for the features added by the dealership -- I did not need them. Cudos to Victor who handled the purchase, borrowing, and registration processes. He made a complicated process as simple as it could be. More

I recently purchased a Kia from this dealership and had one of the worst buying experiences of my life. I called the day before to speak with a sales representative who promised to get me a price quote and one of the worst buying experiences of my life. I called the day before to speak with a sales representative who promised to get me a price quote and never called me back. When I finally connected via text, I received messages from four different phone numbers, which was confusing and unprofessional. I was clear about my good credit, my desired price, and that I wanted everything prepared before arriving so I wouldn’t spend hours there. Despite this, negotiating the price dragged on all day. I completed the credit application online as directed, but the sales representative seemed distracted and dismissive of my concerns, only wanting me to come in. When I reached out to someone claiming to be a manager via text about my frustrations, she completely ignored me. I arrived at five forty nine in the evening and was the last customer there. I didn’t leave until ten o’clock at night. When I finally left, the vehicle was missing critical items. There was no second key, no floor mats, and the gas tank was completely empty. The sales representative said he would mail these items to me the next day. I provided my address, and he barely acknowledged it with a simple yes. I asked for confirmation that everything was being sent out, but he never responded all day. When I followed up expressing how horrible my experience had been, his response was dismissive. He claimed it was his day off and that his assistant was too busy. It became clear this dealership only cares about churning out sales with zero regard for customer experience. The “Managers” are very high pressure salesy. They pulled three different managers out on me for a cash sale and would NOT remove the add-on extra warranty package for an extra $2500! After the cash sale of my vehicle, I could not get anyone to respond to phone calls or emails, including the Finance Department (just because they did the paperwork), the sales floor or even the GM — who they boast on their website, will respond to anyone who requests. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Would not go back. More
