I was called a few days later by Tustin's used car sales manager who offered me a great price on my car. I went down there and Marcos helped me out and I have nothing but good things to say about him. Very patient, very courteous, and very knowledgeable. The GM also came up and said hi and was also very nice. Got a great deal on my Sonata Hybrid and I won't ever go anywhere else again. Thanks again guys. More

I don't like HIGH pressure, and really didn't do a ton of research because it was right after a car accident and i need to get in a car asap. Frank was a blessing from God. I looked up prices online and what i should expect and he took great care of me. He walked me through all the cars and helped pick out the one that would fit me. Being a 6'6 man there are not many out there. He didn't pressure me or hit me with any "TODAY ONLY" deals he told me exactly what i was getting and there was no surprises. Aside from not getting hunted in the shark tank. Marco was the sales person who took me on a test drive and explained to me everything i wanted to know. He even informed me of a possible extended warranty that I might want, seeing as i drive over 150 miles a day for work, which was only presented as knowledge verses a must have. But to be honest the best thing about it was, even thought the dealership was slammed they gave me attention like i was the only thing that mattered. Which is really impossible to find now days. After all the dealerships out there, its nice to one that gives you the information you need with out the pressure to "get it now." I now have a beautiful car which i love and know that if anything happens i have a group of guy who have my back. Needless to say I'm going back next time. Thanks so much Frank. More

To be honest, everyone at that dealership was friendly, helpful and courteous. I visited to find a car to trade my SUV in for, and the car I picked was a tad out of my budget, and credit allowance. Marcos delivered the news, but not in a bad way, it was more "this won't work, but this will." He stayed in contact with me, even on his day off as he was trying to close the deal. Send texts and called to keep me updated (my deal WASN'T the easiest) and after crunching numbers, and busting his rear end, he found the perfect situation for me. After 2 days of waiting, calls, texts and fear that I might not get a car after all, I finally got the word from Marcus, who waited for us till after 7:30- and stayed till 9pm to finish. Buying a car can be a really uncomfortable experience, if you have the wrong salesmen. Thank you Marcos, for doing everything you did, my wallet appreciates it :) More
