The entire process was very pleasant, positive a We recently bought a Toyota Tundra TRD PRO from Longo Toyota and Marcos Viveros was our sales person. The entire process was very pleasant, positive and unbelievably relaxing. We were very impressed with the fact that we received NO pressure from Marcos, just friendly answers to our many, many questions. After taking possession of our truck, Marcos was always as close as our phone to answer any questions or to invite us back any time for any concern about our new truck. It was very reassuring for us to know that we could continue to call on Marcos if necessary. When we are ready to purchase another car, Marcos will be the one we call. In the past, when we have purchased new cars, we dreaded having to 'deal' with the dealerships, but our experience with Marcos Viveros and Longo Toyota staff was positive, friendly and helpful at every level.
