I love Wolfchase Honda because they are always friendly and not pushy. They actually listen to the customer and not just push a sales quota. I do feel that I was given a low trade in for my car, especially after I was given a letter saying I would be given top dollar trade in for my 2019 CRV. I tried to get simply $1000 more and was countered with only $500 more. My trade in was in excellent condition with only 20,500 miles. That would be my only complaint; I’m a repeat customer and felt I was taken slight advantage of for $500. I know the trade in for that vehicle should have been around $27,000 and I got 24,500. I was simply asking for 25,000. More
