The WORST experience at a car dealer in my multiple decades on this earth. At every turn, different members of this dealership tried to pull tricks. Even the finance person tried to have me sign the decades on this earth. At every turn, different members of this dealership tried to pull tricks. Even the finance person tried to have me sign the docs of sale - for $2000+ more than the agreed price. I’ve purchased many an auto - Mercedes, Lexus, etc. - and dealing with Heritage Hyundai in Towson was an abusive, stressful, traumatic experience. I wake up at night from the nightmarish episode. There are many other dealers - Hyundai needs to audit this place with secret car buying stings to catch these dirty rats in action. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. More

Stan was absolutely wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable about Hyundai inventory. He was always able to answer any question I threw at him. Very personable as well as punctual.
