I have a new lease sold to me under false pretenses. My most important car qualification was SAFETY. I got the XLS, top of the line, and promised every safety feature. I turned in my leased car with every feature except right blind sight warning & was told this new car, of course, had it,. as it was TOP of the line. Well, it has NOTHING. Not only that, I auto-paid for the car I turned in on May 28. I bought this lease on May 30. I will happily pay for those two days,but on June 5 the finance company received approx. $437 for the car I no longer lease PLUS $389 for the promotional price on my replacement. They will not refund my money, so I am paying over $800 for two cars this month; of course I only have one. Most unethical in every way...False promotion, false sales pitch, false customer service, shameful way to treat a customer. More
