Here’s what happened: I was charged for a DMV registration fee even though I had already paid it on the same day via phone, as evidenced by my receipt. When I brought this to Armando’s attention, he assured me he would correct the issue by issuing a check. He told me to give him 30 minutes to resolve it, but after waiting for 2 hours with no word from him, I called the dealership back. Armando then sent me to a different representative in the finance department, but failed to explain to them that he had already approved the return of my money. It was clear to me that he was avoiding my calls and trying to pass the issue off to someone else. To make matters worse, Armando has now called me 2-3 times, including just a few minutes ago, asking me to remove my honest review because he’s worried about getting in trouble as the "new guy" at the store. This is completely unacceptable. Please ask Armando to stop harassing me. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and it should serve as a lesson in how not to treat good customers. I have filed a complaint with Toyota regarding Armando. I did not work with a Marcus that I know of. took 2.5 hours for the entire process after I called in advance to have the paperwork ready. Nothing was ready. I will not return to NOHO More

Marcus gave me a great deal on my new Prius beating out other dealers. He was very responsive and replied in a timely manner to all texts. Unfortunately it was not and I don't know if it was due to Marcus or the Finance Manager. The finance manager greeted me and told me he would be"2 minutes" then later "5 minutes and it will be OK" I waited 20 minutes in total for him in bad pain. Once I was in his office he was very quick and efficient. It was the wait that was so hard on my body. I had, as previously mentioned, requested everything be ready. I purchased a prior Prius from TO Toyota 4 years ago and they got me in through al the paperwork and in my car in 20 minutes so I know it can be done. More
